Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit
*
A $500 security deposit is required at the time of rental. Renter is responsible for all damages to the UTV, property, or other vehicles. If damages exceed the deposit, I agree to pay the balance in full or arrange payment within 30 days. I will return the equipment in the same condition as issued.
Termination and Cancellation
*
Cancel 48 - 72 hours prior to the start of your rental and receive a 50% refund. Cancel 24 - 48 hours prior to the start of your rental and receive a 25% refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the start of your rental. No refund for same day bookings.
Vehicle Condition and Return
*
All vehicles must be returned clean and FULL of fuel. Excessive mud or debris will incur a $250 cleaning fee. A refueling charge of $35 will be charged if not returned full.
Release of Liability
*
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Tow-n-Go Trailer Rentals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from participation in UTV activities.
Safety Rules & Regulations
*
No alcohol or drug use before or during operation. No mud bogging, swamp riding, or extreme off‑roading. No double riding unless the machine is specifically designed for passengers. Never race, perform stunts, jump, or intentionally perform high-risk maneuvers.
